R277-116-6. Due Process

(1) An audit client who wishes to appeal Board action in response to an audit, shall follow the process outlined in Rule 277-102. (2) An audit client who wishes to appeal a corrective action plan established by the Superintendent based on Board action in response to an audit, shall follow the process outlined in Section R277-114-5.
