R277-404-4. Superintendent Responsibilities

(1) The Superintendent shall facilitate: (a) administration of statewide assessments; and (b) participation in NAEP, in accordance with Subsection 53E-4-302(1)(b). (2) The Superintendent shall provide guidelines, timelines, procedures, and assessment ethics training and requirements for all statewide assessments. (3) The Superintendent shall designate a testing schedule for each statewide assessment and publish the testing window dates on the Board's website before the beginning of the school year.
