R151-4-113. Record of an Adjudicative Proceeding

The record of an adjudicative proceeding includes: (1) each pleading, motion, brief, exhibit, and any other document filed by a party; (2)(a) the recording of a proceeding; (b) if a proceeding has been recorded by both a court reporter and a presiding officer under Section R151-4-711, the recording by the court reporter is the official record of the adjudicative proceeding; (3) a transcript of a proceeding; and (4) orders or other documents issued: (a) by a presiding officer; or (b) on agency review or reconsideration.
