R151-4-703. Hearings Open to Public - Exceptions

A hearing in an adjudicative proceeding is open to the public unless closed by: (1) the presiding officer conducting the hearing, under Title 63G, Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures Act; or (2) a presiding officer who is a public body, under Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act.
