R151-4-707. Electronic Testimony

(1) As used in this section, electronic testimony means testimony by contemporaneous transmission from a different location including by telephone, or by other audio or video conferencing technology. (2) For good cause and with appropriate safeguards, the presiding officer may permit electronic testimony in hearings in formal proceedings. (3) With appropriate safeguards, the presiding officer may permit electronic testimony in an informal proceeding at the request of a party.
