R307-431-11. Degreasing Operations

(1) An owner or operator of Degreasing Operations that comply with Rule R307-335 that uses less than the following solvents site-wide is not required to obtain an Approval Order under Section R307-401-8: (a) 40 gallons per year of chlorinated solvents; (b) 1,200 gallons per year of all other solvents. (2) The owner or operator of a degreasing operation shall keep records of annual solvent usage. Total solvent makeup is made of gross usage minus waste disposal.
