R309-600-4. Exceptions

(1) Exceptions to the requirements of Rule R309-600 or parts thereof may be granted by the Director to PWSs if: due to compelling factors, which may include economic factors, a PWS cannot comply with these requirements, and the granting of an exception will not result in an unreasonable risk to health. (2) The Director may prescribe a schedule by which the PWS must come into compliance with the requirements of Rule R309-600.
