R315-264-1200. Hazardous Waste Munitions and Explosives Storage -- Applicability

The requirements of Sections R315-264-1200 through R315-264-1202 apply to owners or operators who store munitions and explosive hazardous wastes, except as Section R315-264-1 provides otherwise. Depending on explosive hazards, hazardous waste munitions and explosives may also be managed in other types of storage units, including containment buildings, Sections R315-264-1100 through R315-264-1102, tanks, Sections R315-264-190 through R315-264-200, or containers, Sections R315-264-170 through R315-264-179.
