R315-303-1. Applicability

The standards of Rule R315-303 apply to:
(1) Class I, II, and V Landfills;
(2) Class III Landfills as specified in Rule R315-304;
(3) Class IV, and VI Landfills as specified in Rule R315-305; and
(4) Class VII Landfills as specified in Rule R315-321.
