R337-4-5. Prohibited Member Business Loans

A credit union service organization may not extend a member business loan to the following individuals of the credit union service organization or credit unions which invest in or lend to the credit union service organization; or in entities in which these persons have control: (1) board members; (2) executive officers; and (3) appointed committee members.
