R354-1-106. Price Based on Established Terms

When the CRAU is acquiring a Procurement Item it may establish the price of the Procurement Item based on a price list, rate schedule, or price catalog: (1) submitted by a Vendor and accepted by CRAU; or (2) mandated by the CRAU or a federal agency.
