R356-2-12. Public Comment Period

(1) The governor's office shall issue a press release containing: (a) the nominees' names; and (b) information about how the public may submit comments about the nominees within the ten-day public comment period. (2) Information received during the public comment period shall be provided to the governor for the governor's consideration.
