R356-2-4. Notice of Vacancy

(1) When CCJJ is notified of a judicial vacancy, commission staff shall provide notice of the judicial vacancy: (a) on a public website designed for posting notice of judicial vacancies; and (b) to members of the Utah State Bar. (2) The notice shall describe: (a) the jurisdiction of the judicial vacancy; (b) the statutory and constitutional requirements for judicial office; (c) how to apply for the judicial vacancy; (d) the application deadline; and (e) the selection process for the judicial vacancy.
