R156-17b-610.7. Partial Filling of a Schedule II Controlled Substance Prescription

In accordance with Section 58-17b-610.7, a pharmacy that partially fills a prescription for a Schedule II controlled substance shall specify by prescription number for each partial fill the: (a) date; (b) quantity supplied; and (c) quantity remaining of the prescription partially filled.
