R380-66-1. Purpose and Authority

(1) Section 26B-1-219 requires the department to have a rule that establishes a procedure to adopt, modify, require, facilitate, or recommend rationing criteria for scarce healthcare resources. (2) This rule is authorized by Sections 26B-1-219 and 26B-1-202.
