(1) Definitions used in this rule are defined in Section 35A-16-701. (2) "Code Blue Event" is defined in Section 35A-16-701 and applies to municipalities at or below 7,070 feet elevation. (3) "Winter Response Period" is defined in Section 35A-16-501.
