R381-60-1. Authority and Purpose

(1) Section 26B-2-402 authorizes this rule. (2) This rule establishes the foundational standards necessary to protect the health and safety of children in hourly child care centers and defines the general procedures and requirements to get and maintain a license to provide child care.
