R382-2-4. Enrollment Notification

(1) Before the enrollment process in the Clinical Health Information Exchange (CHIE), the Department provides notice of intent to enroll a CHIP beneficiary in CHIE and includes the right of a beneficiary to opt out. (2) The Department provides additional education regarding the beneficiary's right to opt out on the program websites.
