R383-13-1. Authority and Purpose

(1) Subsection 26B-1-202(2)(a) and Subsection 26B-1-421(6) authorize this rule.
(2) This rule establishes a process and criteria for a petition to the Compassionate Use Board (board) to qualify for expedited final review and approval or denial by the department.
