R384-900-7. Compliance and Penalty

(1) The Violence and Injury Prevention Program shall evaluate each syringe exchange program through annual monitoring and site visits as necessary, pursuant to Section 26B-1-226, to ensure compliance with each applicable statute and rule. (2) A person or operating entity who violates this rule or Section 26B-7-117 may be subject to a penalty, as provided in Section 26B-1-224. (3) The department may revoke the enrollment of a syringe exchange program that does not comply with this rule.
