R386-703-8. Confidentiality of Reports

(1) Each report required in Section R386-703-3 is confidential and is not open to public inspection. (2) The department shall maintain the confidentiality of information obtained under this rule in accordance with Sections 26B-7-217 through 26B-7-220. (3) Nothing in this rule precludes the discussion of case information with the attending individual, agency, or authorized health personnel.
