R388-805-1. Authority and Purpose

(1) This rule governs program eligibility, benefits, and administration by the Department for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009 Part B Program (Ryan White Part B Program).
(2) Sections 26B-7-207, 26B-7-227, and Subsections 26B-7-202(1), and 26B-7-202(2)(b), authorize this rule.
