R392-301-1. Authority and Purpose

(1) This rule is authorized under Sections 26B-1-202 and 26B-7-402. (2) This rule establishes minimum standards for the sanitation, operation, and maintenance of a recreational vehicle park, as defined by this rule, and provides for the prevention and control of health hazards associated with a recreational vehicle park that are likely to affect individuals dwelling temporarily therein including risk factors contributing to injury, sickness, death, and disability.
