R392-303-16. Pool Entry and Exits

The operator shall ensure that: (1) a geothermal pool or geothermal bathing place meets the requirements of Section R392-302-13; and (2) there is a means of entrance into and exit from the water, including handholds and steps where needed to provide for bather safety.
