R392-303-5. Drinking Water Supply

(1) The operator shall ensure that: (a) each plumbing fixture, including drinking fountains, lavatories, and showers, is designed, installed, and operated according to the requirements set forth by: (i) Plumbing code; (ii) the Utah Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Drinking Water under Title R309; (iii) local health department regulations; and (b) the drinking water system is protected against backflow contamination and backflow of water from the geothermal water source.
