R392-510-12. Discrimination

An employer may not discriminate against an employee or applicant because that person has protested the smoking of others or sought enforcement of: (1) Section 26B-7-503, Utah Indoor Clean Air Act; (2) this rule; or (3) the smoking policy of the workplace.
