(1) A person who violates a requirement of this rule that is also a requirement of Section 26B-7-407 may be subject to a class C misdemeanor, and revocation of the permit described in Section R392-700-10. (2) A person who violates a requirement of this rule that is not also a requirement of Section 26B-7-407 is subject to a civil penalty as provided in Section 26B-1-224.
