R392-701-18. Prohibited Practices

A body artist may not: (1) perform body art while under the influence of alcohol or drugs; (2) perform scarification upon a minor, as prohibited under Section 76-9-2004; (3) perform body art on a person who, in the opinion of the operator, is inebriated or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs; (4) use on a client any product that has been recalled by the FDA; or (5) perform a body art procedure in an unpermitted facility.
