R392-701-20. Inspections and Investigations

(1) The operator shall permit the local health officer, upon presenting proper identification, to enter upon the premises of a body art facility or temporary body art facility to perform any inspection and investigation relating to any matter affecting public health and as necessary to ensure compliance with this rule. (2) A local health officer may inspect the dedicated enclosed room for scarification to verify compliance with this rule and applicable statute.
