R392-703-7. Restriction or Closure Authority

(1) A local health officer may restrict or prohibit operation if an imminent health hazard exists. (2) An operator shall comply with an order issued under Subsection (1) within the time specified by the local health officer. (3) Operation may not resume until the local health officer determines that the imminent health hazard has been corrected.
