R398-40-3. Application Form

(1) The department shall solicit grant applications by issuing a request for grant applications. (2) The grant application shall: (a) open annually after the State Tax Commission transfers any money deposited into the fund to the department for distribution, in accordance with Subsection 59-10-1322(5); and (b) remain open until the money is distributed. (3) Any applicant responding to the request for grant applications shall submit a grant application as directed in the office-issued grant application guidance on the department's grant listings website.
