R402-2-5. Meeting Procedures

(1)(a) The council shall meet at least four times each year or more frequently, as determined by the executive committee. (b) Council staff shall provide notice of the intended meeting schedule to each voting member no later than the first meeting of each calendar year. (2) The executive committee shall meet monthly or as frequently as needed, as determined by the council chair and chair-elect, to facilitate executive committee work. (3) Each subcommittee shall meet monthly or as frequently as needed, as determined by the council chair and chair-elect. (4)(a) Each meeting shall have an electronic meeting option. (b) Any council member attending electronically shall be counted as present at the meeting for quorum, participation, and voting requirements. (5) Each council meeting shall be conducted in accordance with Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act.
