R406-100-2. Definitions

(1) "Local agency" means the same as defined in 7 CFR 246.2 (2026).
(2)(a) "Utah WIC Program" means the department-operated program for WIC.
(b) The Utah WIC Program includes any WIC clinic operated by a local agency.
