R410-14-22. Nurse Aide Registry Hearings

(1) Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1395i-3, each nurse aide is subject to investigation of any allegation of resident abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property. (2) Before a substantiated claim can be entered into the registry: (a) DIH or a designated agent shall investigate each complaint; and (b) the nurse aide shall be entitled to a hearing that the office conducts.
