R414-140-3. Requirement to Select a Health Plan

The following Medicaid members living in a mandatory enrollment county are required to select a health plan: (1) blind or disabled children and adults; (2) foster care children; (3) individuals 65 years or older; (4) individuals who qualify for Medicaid under adult expansion, except for adult expansion members who are required under Utah's Medicaid Reform 1115 Demonstration to select a Utah Medicaid Integrated Care (UMIC) plan; (5) pregnant women; and (6) Section 1931 children and adults.
