(1) The Department provides coverage to foster care, subsidized adoption, and kinship guardianship individuals as described in 42 CFR 435.145. (2) The Department elects to cover individuals under a state adoption agreement as defined in 42 CFR 435.227. (3) The Department determines eligibility for Foster Care, Subsidized Adoption, and Kinship Guardianship Medicaid.
