R414-308-1. Authority and Purpose

(1) This rule is authorized by Section 26B-3-108. (2) The purpose of this rule is to establish requirements for medical assistance applications, eligibility decisions and reviews, eligibility period, verifications, change reporting, notification and improper medical assistance for Medicaid and Medicare cost sharing programs.
