R414-36-4. Qualified Licensed Residential Treatment Programs and Qualified Recovery Residences

Pursuant to Subsections 26B-2-117(2)(b) and (c) and the recommendation of a licensed healthcare provider, each qualified licensed residential treatment program and qualified recovery residence: (1) shall allow a member to receive medication assisted treatment; and (2) is subject to the sanctions described in Subsection 26B-3-108(6) for failure to comply with Subsection (1).
