R414-42-5. Reimbursement of Services

(1) The department pays the lesser of the amount billed or the rate on the fee schedule. A provider may not charge the department a fee that exceeds the provider's usual and customary charges for the provider's private pay patients. (2) The department does not reimburse the originating site for the use of telehealth services.
