R414-8-3. Definitions

(1) "Medicaid member" means an individual who receives assistance through any of the following programs:
(a) Medicaid;
(b) Utah's Premium Partnership for Health Insurance (UPP);
(c) Baby Your Baby; and
(d) Cost sharing programs that include Qualified Medicare Beneficiary, Specified Low-Income Medicare Beneficiary, and Qualified Individual.
(2) "Program website" means the website for the Department of Health and Human Services Division of Integrated Healthcare, and the UPP website.
