R430-50-1. Authority and Purpose

(1) Section 26B-2-402 authorizes this rule. (2) This rule establishes the foundational standards necessary to protect the health and safety of children in residential child care facilities and defines the general procedures and requirements to get and maintain a residential certificate to provide child care.
