R156-37-601. Access to Records, Facilities, and Inventory

During regular business hours, and at other reasonable times, each applicant for licensure and licensee shall make available for inspection to a person authorized to conduct an administrative inspection under federal law, Title 58, Chapter 37, Utah Controlled Substances Act, or Rule R156-37, their: (1) controlled substance stock or inventory; (2) records required in accordance with state and federal laws and rules; and (3) facilities related to activities involving controlled substances.
