R432-40-1. Purpose and Authority

(1) The purpose of this rule is to require long-term care facility licensees to have policies and procedures in place to protect vulnerable patients and residents from vaccine-preventable illnesses (2) This rule is authorized by Sections 26B-2-202 and R386-705-4.
