R432-4-10. Construction Without Construction Plan Review

(1) If construction is commenced before OL reviews the construction plan, OL may issue a license only after OL reviews as-built drawings and conducts a construction inspection. (2) The applicant or licensee shall correct any noncompliant items found during the OL plans review and pay the plans review and inspection fees before patient utilization of the space.
