R432-950-16. State Certification

(1) Rule R380-600 applies to each applicant for a certificate or certificate holder for mammography services unless otherwise noted in this section. (2) In addition to requirements in Section R380-600-4 to apply for certification, an applicant shall submit to OL: (a) verification of licensure or certification of required personnel; and (b) verification of participation and quality control by the ACR for monitoring mammography services in the facility. (3) Certification periods are 24 months and expire at midnight 24 months from the date of issuance.
