R434-100-8. Program Improvement

The department may require the health care facility and Conrad 30 J-1 visa waiver physician to provide information regarding: (1) performance; (2) commitment to the medically underserved area; (3) service obligation fulfillment; and (4) any other information regarding experience under the Conrad 30 J-1 visa waiver as the department determines is reasonably necessary for the administration of the program.
