R434-40-17. Reporting Requirements of Approved Sites

The department may require the approved site to provide information regarding: (1) an award recipient's performance; (2) commitment to underserved areas; (3) service obligation fulfillment; and (4) other information reasonably necessary for the administration of the program during the award recipient's service obligation.
