R436-18-6. Contact with a Matched Registrant

When an adoptee, birth parent, or sibling obtains identifying information about a matched registrant from the office under Section 81-13-103 or 81-13-504 as applicable, the adoptee, birth parent, or sibling may choose to contact the matched registrant or respond to contact from the matched registrant.
