R477-101-4. Records Classification and Retention

(1) Records prepared by and for the committee, including any complaints, investigative reports, recommendations, and votes on recommended action against an ALJ are classified as protected under Section 63G-2-305. (2) The division shall maintain committee records for a period of three years following the conclusion of any committee activity.
