R477-7-12. Organ Donor Leave

Management shall grant an employee who serves as a bone marrow or human organ donor paid leave for the donation and recovery as follows: (1) up to seven days of paid leave for donation of bone marrow; and (2) up to 30 days of paid leave for donation of a human organ.
